By accessing or using the Baram AI service provided by Open Pro Direct LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Baram AI is an AI-powered phone answering and appointment scheduling service designed for dental practices. The service includes automated call handling, appointment booking, and integration with practice management systems.
Our service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis per practice location. Current pricing is available on our website. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable, except as mandated by applicable law. Nonetheless, the Company retains the right to evaluate refund requests for Subscriptions individually and may issue refunds at its absolute discretion.
The Company occasionally provides a Subscription trial at no cost for a predefined period. To participate in the Free Trial, entering billing details may be necessary.
Participants will not incur any charges from the Company during the Free Trial period. However, unless the Subscription is cancelled before the end of the Free Trial, subscribers will automatically be charged the Subscription fees corresponding to their chosen plan at the conclusion of the trial.
The Company reserves the unilateral right to alter or discontinue the Free Trial offer at any time, without prior notification.
You agree to use Baram AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.
Your use of Baram AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data processed through our service.
Baram AI is an assistive technology and should not replace professional medical judgment. Open Pro Direct LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to missed appointments, scheduling errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete or return your data as requested. Annual subscription commitments are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of signing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All content, software, technology, branding, and materials associated with Baram AI and the Open Pro Direct website are the exclusive property of Open Pro Direct LLC, located at 254 Kingsland St, Nutley, NJ 07110. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, logos, AI models, source code, designs, and documentation. No part of our service or content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from Open Pro Direct LLC.
